Our advanced matching

For all premium tubes, we use curve tracing on top of the single point matching from the factory. For example, the factory delivered to us a batch of matched pairs  300B which were all measured 65mA. Then we curve-traced each tube. Usually those "pair matched" are all quite different in the curve-tracing report. it's quite time consuming to carefully match them but it's important. The result of this better matching is more detailed music and better imaging.

Our quality Control

Our curve tracing bring additional benefit - it reveals hidden problems. For example if one of the curve is not smooth, that tube have high chance of developing problems in the future. That tube has to be discarded and cannot be sold.
