Most Terms & Conditions pages are long and rarely read, so we’ve highlighted only what truly matters here—making the main points easy to find. We don’t try to cover every possible scenario, because our guiding principle is simple: always be fair to both the buyer and the seller.

BEFORE SALE
Sales Inquiries

Audition
We have a listening room located in Antipolo City, 90 minutes away from the Manila airport. for an audition. Please feel free to make an advanced booking.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Small Parcels. For lightweight orders, post office airmail is an affordable option. About $4-$10 depending on your location.
Larger Parcels. For parcels over 1kg, FedEx is usually the faster and more cost-effective choice. FedEx shipping starts from $20-$40.
Shipping Terms:
By choosing a shipping method, you accept its cost and risk.
Our responsibility is to carefully pack your order and ship it to the exact address you provide.
If any shipping issues arise, we’ll do our best to assist and find solutions, because we truly care about each of our customers.

Payment

Note: At checkout, payment is only authorized. We finalize and charge only when your order is ready to ship.
Offline Payment
We accept bank transfers or e-wallet payment. Details will be provided via messages.

Taxes and Duties Terms:
Our product prices or shipping fees do not include import tax, duties, or local fees. Buyers are responsible to pay import taxes and duties or any local fees if there is any.

WARRANTY
What do we cover?
- 30-days limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Note: Warranty does not cover use outside specifications (e.g., over-voltage, over-current), water damage, or damage from incorrect assembly.
Special Categories:
- TJ mesh plate 300B: 12-month warranty
- NOS: No warranty. Therefore, a testing video is available upon request.
How to claim?
Please return the product to our service center located in the Philippines.
For “perceived” high-value items, it may be safer to ship to our address in Hong Kong.
Please contact us if you need to send anything back to us.
